Vlog: Your Tactical Advantage with Open Carry vs. Concealed Carry

Open carry vs. concealed carry:

Hey folks! Here are some thoughts on Open Carry versus Concealed Carry. Do you carry to “rage against the machine” or “stick it to the man”? Is that worth giving up your tactical advantage?

Here are our thoughts on open carry and why it’s NOT something you should do. How do you carry? and why? You have to think about the possibility of giving away your tactical advantage in a situation. With the proper tactical training, the difference between a concealed draw stroke and an open-carry draw stroke can be negligible.

This simply means that with the right training and practice, it takes the same amount of time to draw from concealment versus drawing from an open carry holster. If it’s the same length of time, why give away your secret and advantage?

I realize this is a highly politicized topic and I want YOU to understand why you’re carrying the way that you do. It’s vital that you understand your mindset here. Please watch the video below and let me know what your stance is! I love hearing different opinions and reasoning as to why you carry concealed or open.

As I say in the video, just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s a good decision. There are many variables that go into making a decision like this. It depends on your family structure, the state you live in, the town you live in, the temperament of the people in your town. All of these things affect your decision to carry open or concealed!

Concealed Carry gives you the tactical advantage
